The dreams of a young boy began the formation of the Cheyenne Mountain Railroad. The vision and drive of the man he became fulfilled those dreams. This legacy will be passed down to his sons and generations to come... the love for that part of our history that was our best time, a time that brought mighty change to our country, its industry, and the world.
The CMRR began as a modeler's vision, and continues in that tradition. Plans are currently underway to develop programs for young people to educate them about the rich history of railroading in America, and the art and excitement of model railroading.
